Hello, I’m Kellie!
I have been teaching English for about 20 years in the USA, Singapore, and Japan to all age and skill levels. I am also a professional narrator, actress, and filmmaker.
I offer all kinds of classes from: “General English”, “English for Travel”, “Topical Conversation», «Business English”, and “Test Preparation”.
As a professional narrator, I have extensive experience with pronunciation and diction, and I can help students pronounce difficult sounds in the English language. Therefore, I also am offering a class: “Focus on Pronunciation and Speech.”
I have a degree in theater arts and communication and also offer the special course: “Acting and Improv Skills to Improve Public Speaking.”
I also offer the following classes for children/ teenagers: «English Through Dance/ Songs” and “Theater in English”.
I try to tailor my lessons to what my students want.
I use various materials, textbooks,news articles, magazines, books, and anything that the student wants to use. Even lyrics to songs and studying scripts from plays or TV shows can be helpful!
I am patient, calm, fun, encouraging, and like to learn about others through conversation.
